Beyond Diagnosis
The Masterclass 2026
Early bird
ends
Dec 21st!!
Since writing the book, I’ve discovered even more stories of hope, explored new research, and uncovered insights I simply couldn’t fit into the pages. This course is my chance to share all of it with you.
This 6-week course offers a deep, uniquely accessible look at the categories featured in Beyond Diagnosis. Together, we’ll examine what’s missing in traditional approaches and unpack how the powerful recoveries in the book truly happened.
At the heart of it all, I’ll be pointing you back to the truth that underlies every diagnosis:
that we all have innate wellbeing.
It’s always there, untouched, unbroken, and ready to be rediscovered.
You’ll also get access to exclusive video interviews with some of the remarkable individuals who shared their stories in the book, plus my latest insights, reflections, and plenty of time for live Q&A and personal support.
If you’re ready for a richer, clearer understanding of mental health and a hopeful path forward, you’ll find it here.
The next Beyond Diagnosis Masterclass will be on Zoom on Sundays
LA 10am / NY 1pm / London 6:pm
Starting Sunday, January 11th, 2026
Sessions are 90mins
There will be a private Facebook Group where you can post your questions and receive more support. All sessions will be recorded, so you won't miss a thing.

Q&A and final thoughts
Who is this Masterclass course for?
I have made this course for people suffering with mental health challenges, and the people taking care of them.
Struggling to find help in the health system and spending money on therapists and treatments only to feel worse is sadly a common story. Everyone has stressful thoughts, but being told you are mentally ill and will need treatment for the rest of your life is hard to bear.
If you are still not sure, take a look or listen to some of the stories of hope on the next page ....
Understanding that we are suffering innocently and that we all have innate wellbeing, no matter what we have been through or what we have been told, opens the door to freedom.
You have all the resilience and courage you need to live your best life.
Let me point you in the right direction!
Testimonials
Learning from Chana is sheer joy! She is masterful at creating a space in her group that feels both safe and inspiring. I especially appreciated her rich and poignant stories which are like a trail of breadcrumbs to new possibilities.
You also feel truly heard when Chana is listening to you, and then she guides you gently but skillfully to realizations that are ours for the taking.

I think the course was great. I have done a lot of training and courses in different modalities, but this one was different. It challenged me in some areas, because I kept wanting to look for techniques and things to do. It is a totally new feeling for me to learn through insight and not do anything.
You are a wonderful teacher and your imagery and metaphors are superb! You have definitely made me very interested in the three principles and I want to learn more. As I told you, it is such a relief to know that you don't have to listen to your thoughts and you can just let them pass like clouds.
My thinking about is definitely less obsessive and I have more moments of calm.
Thank you so much!
~ Shirin
And just a quick note, a practitioner-focused course is coming soon, so stay tuned for that if you work professionally in this field.
